Dr. Sumeet Jindal, MD/MBA, is a Triple-Board Certified Ophthalmologist, Oculofacial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgeon, and Laser Surgeon. He specializes in state-of-the-art laser cataract surgery, medical and surgical glaucoma surgery, and bladeless laser blepharoplasty surgery, as well as a variety of eyelid and facial cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including upper eyelid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair (droopy lids), lower blepharoplasty (lower eye bags and loose skin), brow lifts, facelifts, necklifts, and trauma/skin cancer reconstruction.

An Oxford native, Sumeet graduated from JF Webb and was accepted into medical school right out of high school at East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine. After completing a combined BS/MD/MBA, he went on to do a post-doctoral fellowship at Duke in the medical retina department.
His ophthalmic surgery training was completed at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he completed a record number of cataract surgeries. He then underwent further specialized fellowship training in Oculoplastic and Facial Cosmetic Surgery in Orlando, Fl, where he completed a high volume of eyelid and facial cosmetic surgeries, as well as nonsurgical cosmetic procedures and hair restoration.
